Today they are preparing a baked zander fish with a mince made from crustacean and balls of cucumber. The dessert is comprised of confectionery accompanied by a lavender-chocolate ganache. Throughout the program the two hosts delight the viewers with facts about food trends, garden trends, ingredients used, and historical facts about King Christian the 5th, who was Denmark's second autocratic monarch, and had a crown made which today is used on coins, coat of arms, and passports.
