Tess and Alexis are signed to become the faces of the Biatta Intimates lingerie company, but Alexis's modeling career is endangered when she is arrested on charges of participating in a burglary ring.

The Hearing
Alexis goes to the preliminary hearing on the burglary charge, and Andrea and Jerry decide that the family should move.

The Move
The family moves to Hollywood, Tess and Alexis do a photo shoot with football player Vernon Davis, and Gabby enrolls in public school.

The Party
Gabby is turning 16 and enlists the help of her older sisters to plan her big day. But when Tess and Alexis take control, they start making decisions based on what they want instead of what Gabby wants.

What Happens in Cabo, Stays in Cabo
When the girls get an offer to host a charity event in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, Alexis goes against her attorney's advice by leaving the country. Hoping to get away from the media scrutiny surrounding her court case, Alexis lets loose and even lands a date with a hot guy she just met.

Vanity Unfair
Alexis is interviewed for an article in Vanity Fair, Tess confronts Max about their relationship, and Gabby gets a job.

Mommy Dearest
Andrea confronts Tess and Alexis about all the stress they have been putting her through.

Birds and Bees
Alexis struggles over whether or not to tell a friend about her alleged involvement in the bling-ring investigation.

And So It Is
With her burglary trial approaching, Alexis has to decide whether to take a plea bargain.
