Yoo Se Poong And Gyesoo Clinic In Hanyang
Se Poong and the people of Gyesoo Clinic are now in Hanyang, and as expected, everyone feels relieved by their very existence. However, Se Poong is not all that pleased. Not being able to be with Eun Woo, Se Poong feels a void in his heart. As soon as Eun Woo arrives in Hanyang, the symptoms of His Majesty worsen, and the two get right on it. While looking for the cause of the disease, they run into their rivals.

The Living Ghost
The cause of the epidemic that was spread inside and outside the palace seemed impossible to be found until Se Poong and Eun Woo caught a court lady stealing the palace's liquor. Se Poong quickly takes action and stops the spread of the disease. Meanwhile, the identity of the ghost gets revealed when it enters the King's chamber to attack him during his sleep.

Momentary Peacefulness At Gyesoo Clinic
The members of Gyesoo Clinic are finally back in Sorak Village, and they enjoy the peacefulness of the village as they settle in. Unfortunately, before they even get a chance to simmer down, Jeon Kang Il and Princess Seo Yi show up at the clinic, making it painful and uncomfortable for the Gyesoo Clinic family to stay there even for a second.

The Story of So Cheon
Kang Il accuses Se Poong of failing to treat his patient, So Cheon, who even ends up attempting to kill herself. Princess Seo Yi proactively helps Se Poong clear his name by finding a lead in So Cheon's case. So Cheon musters up her courage and tells Se Poong and Eun Woo what exactly happened to her.

All Princess Seo Yi Wants Is Se Poong
To Princess Seo Yi, nothing matters as long as she can wed Se Poong, and this causes a tilt in the well-balanced relationship between Se Poong and Eun Woo. Se Poong watches the Princess closely and finds a certain pattern in her behaviour, but it's still not enough to cure her. Se Poong eventually obtains some of the missing pieces to the Princess' puzzle during his trip to Hanyang.

Whose Daughter Is Ip Bun?
Kang Il comes back to Gyesoo Clinic, all injured. Physician Gye and Se Poong devote themselves to look after him. Governor Ahn remembers who Physician Gye and Ip Bun are. He demands Ip Bun be returned to where she belongs. Meanwhile, Kang Il talks the governor into writing a petition about Se Poong.

Se Poong and His Annulment
Se Poong is on the verge of losing all his titles and honors due to District Governor Ahn's scheme. However, he refuses to submit to wrongful accusations. Physician Gye believes it's safe for Se Poong and Eun Woo to be cautious, so he separates them for the time being. Lady Eun Woo visits a pregnant patient's house for an emergency house call, but it's already past the absurd curfew set by Governor Ahn.

What Is Best for Lady Eun Woo
Eun Woo returns to her home on Heuksan Island to keep Se Poong safe. Upon hearing about her departure, Se Poong heads to the island himself. However, Kang Il ends up there as well. Physician Gye heads to Hanyang with Man Bok to settle Se Poong's problem. Meanwhile, Eun Woo is asked to attend to the wife of Interpreter Jung, who has encountered an unknown illness.

Se Poong's Return to Gyesoo Clinic
Feeling comfortable and content with each other by their sides, Se Poong and Eun Woo return to Gyesoo Clinic. However, Governor Ahn has been cooking up a scheme to completely bring Se Poong down, and at this rate, it is inevitable that Se Poong will fall into his trap. Unfortunately, by the time Se Poong realizes something is wrong, he's already in too deep.

What Being a True Physician Means
After Governor Ahn's failed attempt to harm Se Poong, he gets locked up in jail. Kang Il recovers from injuries and reports to the King what Governor Ahn did. Se Poong gets appointed as the head of the Medical Office and helps Eun Woo become a palace physician as well. Meanwhile, Granny prepares a gift for everyone before her long journey.
