Episode 1
Pollyanna is a little girl with a remarkable gift for looking on the bright side. When she goes to live with her Aunt Polly, she walks into a situation that might have been specially designed for her therapeutic talents.

Episode 2
Pollyanna has come to live with Aunt Polly. Nancy the maid and old Tom the gardener have become her friends but Aunt Polly remains, sadly, aloof.

Episode 3
Pollyanna has introduced her new-found friends to the Glad Game. Aunt Polly and the surly old gentleman from the big house alone seem immune to her infectious zest for life. Pollyanna has heard Jimmy Bean 's tale of woe and is determined to help.

Episode 4
Pollyanna has implemented a plan to get Jimmy Bean adopted. When Mr Pendleton was hurt in a fall, Pollyanna heard his cry for help and telephoned for the doctor.

Episode 5
Mr Pendleton has become Pollyanna's friend and the signs are that Aunt Polly, too, is beginning to thaw. Nancy and Pollyanna have decided that Pendleton and Aunt Polly had once been sweethearts.

Episode 6
Pollyanna has persuaded Mr Pendleton to consider the possibility of adopting Jimmy Bean. On her way to tell Jimmy, Polly anna fell into a quarry and was knocked unconscious.
