Season 1
The police crisis negotiation team have been tasked to solve cases without using any form of force. By using negotiations, they try to solve such cases like attempted suicides, hostage & terror situations.

Episode 1
K Group sends Joo Sung-Chan to negotiate the release of five hostages in the Philipphines, however this negotiation has a dreadful consequence.

Episode 2
During a robbery, the Crisis Negotiation Team have to do their best to solve it as rumours are spreading that their department may be lifted very soon. Next to that an imposter isn't helping them either by doing their job.

Episode 3
The demonstration against K Group's casino continues, while suddenly a delusional man drives his car, which is fully loaded with highly flammable liquid and gas, into the HQ of K Group.

Episode 4
Joo Sung-Chan will be joining the Crisis Negotiation team, but requests to be able to investigate in Pied Piper. Team Leader Oh struggles with his family, but his son is about to do something, which may cause him harm.....

Episode 5
Pied Piper plans an attack on broadcast station TNN to reveal the truth the station has been hiding for so many years. While being hostage, Joo Sung-Chan now learns the truth behind Yeo Myung-Ha's her secret.

Episode 6
Yeo Myung Ha does her best to save a victim from committing suicide after trying to kill her abuser, however she becomes more depressed when her victim has to stand trial for her crimes.

Episode 7
When the Crisis Negotiation Team continues to investigate, most evidence leads to Yoon Hee-Sung, but they are about to experience a nasty surprise.

Episode 8
When Yeo Myung Ha and Yoon Bo Ram are under gunpoint, they are soon to discover that it was just a diversion for an even bigger threat.

Episode 9
While an attempt to kill Yeo Myung Ha failed, the Negotiation team has been called to a hostage situation, which is more complicated than they thought it would be.

Episode 10
After a failed attempt of the SWAT team to finish off the hostage situation, Sung Chan will try to communicate in a more humane way for the last time.

Episode 11
TNN schedules a public debate special broadcast between Yang Chung Jang & Assembly man Jung, while Pied Piper is about to complicate things when an old friend and colleague of Kong Ji Man starts taking hostages.

Episode 12
While Pied Piper's plan to reveal Commissioner Jang's his dirty secrets is a success, a sudden move on their side damages Pied Piper's image.

Episode 13
The Crisis Negotiation team continues to hunt for Jung Soo Kyung, while K Group CEO Seo Gun Il sends his men too to find him and kill him off. Yeo Myung Ha receives a letter that could jeopardize the entire plan of Pied Piper.

Episode 14
While the exchange didn't go as they planned, the hunt for Pied Piper intensifies once they use an unorthodox method to find a new lead.

Episode 15
While Yoon Hee Sung has been arrested, Yeo Myung Ha and Joo Sung Chan are investigating his last four hours as they don't believe it was his final plan to blow up Seo Goon II.

Episode 16
When information has been leaked to news channels in South-Korea about the hijacked plane, they are forced to find a solution to minimize casualties or is there something else?
