The Chosen Ones
This week contestants featured include EE's Jonny Brown, Tesco Mobiles Maria Brown and Fonehouse's Andy Gray. The contestants are put through a mystery shop, with only half the contestants making it through to the next round.

The Self-Nominators
Featured this week are the underdogs of the competition with Three's Roland Ratvai, Kiet and Ayub competing in the mystery shop, hoping to make it through to the next round of the competition.

The Mystery Bag
Twelve of the country's best sales assistants face-off against one another in a twelve hour test of technical knowledge, industry insight and customer care. The contestants meet the judges of the competition for the first time, as four out of the twelve are put through to the Grand Final of the competition.

The Head to Head
The second round of the regional phase of the competition gets underway, as 24 salespeople compete for the eight remaining places left in the grand final.

The Five Phone Challenge
The judges have to decide on the 12th finalist, with the contestants vying for votes off of the general public.

The Angry Customer
The remaining contestants battle it out in the Grand Final to discover who will be crowned Britain's best mobile phone salesperson. The final 12 have to compete in a final challenge and come face-to-face with an angry customer.
