On the menu this time, fresh fruit donuts and British-raised pork pie. Paul returns home to Merseyside to meet up with his oldest and closest friends. He also joins the nightshift at the prestigious Chester Grosvenor - the hotel where he got his big break - and bakes exquisite seasonal Danish pastries.

In Paphos, he's reunited with a Cypriot baker friend and together they prepare a classic ham and cheese croissant.
