In Renfrewshire, paramedics Gary and Peter are on call on one of the hottest days of the year. They assist a man who has been out walking in the heat and collapsed at a bus stop. The crew must ensure his exhaustion isn't hiding a bigger problem.
A toddler is assessed for suspected sepsis, and another crew work hard to find a man in trouble in the town centre. In Dundee, Chloe and Fergie respond to a call from a 94-year-old man who has suffered seizures.
In Coatbridge, Siobhan and Liam treat an older woman who is plagued by gall bladder problems, and in Inverness, Ryan and Heather respond to a call from a man who has suffered a suspected stroke. Strokes must be treated quickly, and every second counts.
In Skye, a young footballer suffers seizures after a clash on the pitch. Georgia and Paul must transport him safely to Raigmore hospital in Inverness.

In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!

The Traitors
Set in a remote castle in the Scottish Highlands and based on the wildly popular Dutch series of the same name, 5-time Emmy-nominated Alan Cumming plays host to twenty larger-than-life personalities (including reality A-listers and America's best game players) who come together to complete a series of challenges with the objective of earning a cash prize of up to $250,000. The catch? Three of the contestants coined "the traitors" will devise a plan to steal the prize from the other contestants coined "the faithful".
