Season 1
Gritty, intense, evocative and emotional, Over There takes you to the front lines of battle and explores the effects of war on a U.S. Army unit sent to Iraq on their first tour of duty, as well as the equally powerful effects felt at home by their families.

Pilot
A standoff outside a mosque turns into a bloody battle. Also: the soldiers record video mail for their families back home.

Roadblock Duty
The squad is assigned to roadblock duty and is forced to shoot two motorists who ignore their orders to stop. Meanwhile, Bo's estranged, alcoholic father visits him in the hospital.

The Prisoner
The unit questions the interrogation methods of a U.S. colonel who tries to get an Iraqi prisoner to reveal the location of a truckload of stolen missiles by subjecting him to physical and mental distress. Meanwhile, Bo is taken off morphine, per his request, and Terry helps him fight through withdrawal.

I Want My Toilets
Angel's rifle skills help U.S. supply trucks pass through a dangerous area on an important delivery. Elsewhere, Terry prepares for Bo's return home by making their house wheelchair accessible.

Embedded
Smoke is implicated in a civilian's death, and the unit's embedded reporter disappears after voicing suspicions that the killing was set up by the Iraqis. Elsewhere, news of Smoke's situation takes a toll on his mother's health; and Bo learns to walk with a prosthetic leg.

It's Alright, Ma, I'm Only Bleeding
The fire team attempts to rescue kidnapped journalist John Moffet before the Iraqis follow through with their threat to kill him. Elsewhere, a bounty is placed on Smoke's head; and Bo is reunited with his family back home.

Mission Accomplished
An Iraqi inmate strapped with explosives threatens a makeshift prison that's being guarded by the fire team. Meanwhile, Mrs. B is granted a short leave to tend to her autistic son at home.

Situation Normal
The fire team protects American oil workers as they install a pipeline through a remote village. On the home front, Mrs. B goes AWOL to Hollywood and runs into trouble with some of the city's shady characters; and Bo tries to run on his prosthetic leg.

Spoils of War
The fire team faces a moral dilemma during an insurgent sweep when they discover millions of dollars hidden in a palatial home. Meanwhile, Mrs. B returns from going AWOL and forms an unlikely bond with Dim; and Bo and Terry argue about his impending discharge.

Suicide Rain
A U.S. soldier is held hostage, and Angel puts himself in the center of the crisis to prevent the situation from escalating. Back home, Sergio and Anna's relationship heats up, and Vanessa continues to make amends for her past behavior.

Orphans
Scream is conflicted over an order to evict residents of an Iraqi orphanage. Back home, Sergio continues to deal with his attraction to Anna, and Terry investigates why Bo has stopped receiving his military salary.

Weapons of Mass Destruction
The fire team searches a village for an elusive bomber and is joined by a poorly trained group of Iraqi soldiers. Back home, Bo confronts his father about stealing his pay.

Follow the Money
The fire-team members try to protect a civilian convoy along a dangerous stretch of road, and they become increasingly wary of Lt. Underpants' leadership skills. Back home, Bo meets someone who may help him get back into the Army, and Sergio gets surprising news from Anna.
