Adam and Danielle have their hands full chasing after their 15-month-old quintuplets; a doctor recommends an extreme medical procedure for one of the girls, forcing the Busbys to make a difficult decision

All Eyes on Hazel
The Busbys take a road trip to Lake Charles to help Mimi with her garage sale, and Danielle learns some shocking news; Danielle and Adam wrestle with the decision to allow Hazel to have a risky eye surgery.

A Quint in Crisis
Hazel undergoes eye surgery, causing Adam and Danielle to wait anxiously for the results; Blayke prepares for kindergarten and Mimi officially moves in.

Quint-Fluenza
When Danielle catches the flu, Mimi struggles to take care of 5 babies on her own. Adam plans a 10-year anniversary surprise for Danielle. Later, when Danielle gives a speech for the hospital, she faces the painful past of having premature babies.

This Little Quint Stays Home
Danielle and Adam explore sending the quints to nursery school, but when one of the them isn't allowed to go, the Busbys face the difficult decision of splitting the girls up. As for Mimi, living under the Busby roof has begun to take a serious toll.

After Danielle confronts Adam about his money spending ways, they realize they need to make some tough choices to provide for their girls; the family puts more effort into Hazel's walking so she can join her sisters in pre-school.

A Nightmare on Quint Street
The Busbys look forward to the Quints' first trick-or-treat outing, but first, they must race to find costumes, shop for pumpkins and get the new house ready for a Halloween party.

Quint-cation Chaos
It's the quints' first family vacation, but with five toddlers running wild, it may feel more like work for Adam and Danielle; Adam struggles to tell his brother-in-law, and boss, about his new business.

A Thanksgiving Miracle
Adam and Danielle decide to host twenty people for Thanksgiving, but soon realize they have bitten off more than they can chew; Hazel has a major breakthrough; Adam and Danielle push Mimi to consider living in an apartment.

The Quints Take Manhattan
When a talk show asks the Busbys to make a live TV appearance in New York, the family heads to the Big Apple. But traveling with 6 kids is as difficult as it sounds! And a last-minute trip to the doctor has Danielle and Adam concerned about Hazel.

Then there are their kids: 18-year-old Meg is an outcast at school and the Griffin family punching bag; 13-year-old Chris is a socially awkward teen who doesn't have a clue about the opposite sex; and one-year-old Stewie is a diabolically clever baby whose burgeoning sexuality is very much a work in progress. Rounding out the Griffin household is Brian the family dog and a ladies' man who is one step away from AA.
