Uncle's family situation

Mr. Tomioka, the boss who reports to Kana. He is a typical uncle, but he helped Kana when she made a mistake, and Kana has been open to her heart recently. Mr. Tomioka was always energetic and flew the old man gag, but he wasn't energetic so far. One day, Kana, who saw Mr. Tomioka's family photo, praised his family, saying, "I feel like a great dad!" However, it turned out that he is now separated from his family. Isn't Tomioka's lack of energy due to her family's separation? After consulting with his uncles, Kana begins to formulate a plan to rebuild the Tomioka family in order to invite the Tomioka family to the in-house barbecue tournament to be held next week.
