Season 1
Five women live on the 22 floor of the same apartment. Different in personalities they each have their own struggles in their career, family and love life. As they get to know each other and journey through the struggles of living in Shanghai, they each undergo a transformation.


Season 2
Who will Andy end up with? Will Fang Sheng Mei finally be happy? Will Qu Xiao Xiao and Zhao Qi Ping end up together? Will Qiu Ying Ying and Yi Qing be in a relationship?


Season 3
Five ladies have moved in to the neighborhood to live on the same floor. Among them, hotel manager Zhu Zhe, Yu Chu Hui who's only been working for a few years and He Min Hong share a flat together. The mysterious Fang Zhi Heng and Ye Zhen Zhen who engages in life science research live in the other two units. Five women from different backgrounds have unsatisfactory experiences when it comes to their career, family and love life. Fang Zhi Heng is a suspicious character due to her actions. Ye Zhen Zhen who got used to having special privileges finds that the workplace is inexplicably hostile. Yu Chu Hui is too smart for her own good. She'll resort to little tricks to get ahead only to learn her lesson after taking a fall. Work seems to be going smoothly for Zhu Zhe, yet her opportunities to move up is limited by her weak academic qualifications. He Min Hong who is quite naive finds herself doing the wrong things in her attempts to do good. Faced with all kinds of challenges, they go from putting up defences to opening their hearts. In the city of Shanghai, they have each other to rely on in their journey of growth.

Season 5
The five girls' days with each other were continuing, and more difficulties came one after another, but fortunately they knew each other well enough, and their feelings were increasingly deep, and they could support each other through these difficulties. While Ye Zhenzhen was infatuated with scientific research, she was also frequently affected by Dai Wei's family. How to live a simple life had become a problem, but fortunately her firm position was clear enough, and her family cared her very much, then finally she solved these difficulties. Fang Zhiheng accidentally had a sister, which made her change a lot, and gradually returned to the right track of life. Zhu Zhe accumulated through years of struggle, completely relying on her own in Shanghai, and finally broke through the bottleneck of the cause. After a detour, He Minhong left the 22nd floor and finally came back. She began to learn how to think, how to give, and how to get along with others. Yu Chuhui forced herself to work hard by external power, gradually moving towards consciousness, rising steadily, and getting rid of the shackles of her birth. The trials and gifts of life would continue, but with the support and companionship of the 22nd floor sisters, they could go forward and run all the way to happiness.
