A son of a public officer hits Artyom's friends while they were crossing the road. FSB officer want to make Artyom change his witness statement, but the man refuses. The Lavrovs start to suffer various troubles: Artyom is accused of medical malpractice, gets fired and is sent to a reprimand prison; social service officers come to their home and compose an act on sub-standard living conditions for children.
