Extreme Squatters
The work of lawyer Chris Sharpe, who specialises in helping landlords who are plagued by troublesome tenants and trespassers. Chris tries to remove trespassers from a landowner's one-and-a-half-acre site, filling it with up to 20 caravans and a mountain of rubbish - only for things to take a menacing turn. Business partners in Bristol dream of turning a derelict swimming baths into flats, but their dreams turns sour when squatters move in, and Chris receives a shock when he tries to evict squatters from an abandoned print factory in Essex.

Britain's Worst Homes
In Birmingham, tenant Jason is living in atrocious conditions. Struggling with no light or heat or running water, he has made a desperate plea to the council to help him. Housing enforcement officer Steve is on a mission to investigate - but will he be able to track down the absent landlord? If not, Jason will face becoming homeless.

Extreme Evictions
Case of landlords with nightmare tenants and the difficulties they had in evicting them, including Yossi Harel, who rented out his family home in north London to take a job in Israel. He thought he had the perfect tenants - a teacher and his family - but before long they stopped paying rent. Plus, a builder who came up against his tenant and her aggressive boyfriend and a lawyer tasked with evicting an anti-social tenant in Blackpool.

Lancashire letting agent Paul Ainsworth Lord has a run-in with a tenant while carrying out a routine inspection on a property - leading to a three-month stand-off. Harrow Council housing officers investigate a residential property being used as a brothel and a Lincolnshire pub owner calls in a lawyer when his tenant, who manages the pub, stops paying rent.
