Episode 6
An out-of-hours vet practice has its hands full, and for one owner there is an expensive decision to be made. A railway team face darkness and danger against the clock as they try to repair a section of track before the morning commute, and a team at a food wholesaler face delays and disruption.

A mechanic comes to the rescue of stranded motorists, the team at a revolutionary new power station burn rubbish to generate electricity, and torrential rain means a team of road workers struggle to lay new blacktop on a vital stretch of road ahead of the morning rush hour.

A farmer works round the clock to help two of his valuable cows give birth, a locksmith and plumber are called out after dark to two very different emergencies, and the team at Network Rail battle bad weather and failing machinery to get the track open in time for the morning commuters.
Episode 9
Volunteers from Northumbria Blood Bikes supply blood to the air ambulance and transfer life-saving supplies between hospitals. A Northern Powergrid team tackle power cuts, a cheese factory crew keep production going through the night, and markets are bustling ahead of a day of trading.
Episode 10
In Tynemouth, the biggest fish catch of the year is landed with only hours to process it, and refuse collectors get Newcastle's streets clean before dawn breaks.

In an effort to keep the operation running, the team takes fate into their own hands with a make or break venture that will change their lives forever.
