And uproar erupts at the weigh-in of an Ohio fishing tournament when the prize-winning anglers are accused of stuffing their catch with weights.

A muscle man's meltdown outside a Southern California gym tests the friendship of two neighbors. A Chicago woman confronts an 11-year-old neighbor who she believes has a gun. And a woman in San Antonio tries desperately to prevent dogs from being abandoned in her neighborhood.

When a skateboarder dodges a young child playing in a Louisiana skate park, he takes out his frustrations on the kid's parents. A neighborhood firework display causes sparks to fly between two neighbors in Orlando. And in Minnesota after a snowstorm, a neighbor accuses a woman of blocking the walkway with her car.

When a child drops a candy wrapper outside a home in Tennessee, a neighbor's reaction leads to heated words. An Arizona homeowner is shocked that hundreds of teenagers are illegally partying in his neighbor's garage. And in Alabama, a woman is upset by trash outside her apartment complex and is shocked to discover one potential cause.
