At least 18 people were injured when a Delta Regional Jet appeared to overturn on landing in Toronto. All 80 aboard were evacuated, NBC's Tom Costello on the just-beginning investigation. The death toll from weekend flooding in Kentucky rose again Monday as more storms lineup behind the region.
