Police in Arkansas are searching for Grant Hardin, who escaped from prison while wearing a makeshift outfit they say was designed to mimic law enforcement. Hardin is a former local police chief who was convicted of murder and rape. Meanwhile, eight of the ten inmates who escaped from a New Orleans jail have now been recaptured. NBC News' Priya Sridhar reports. King Charles delivered a rare speech to Canadian Parliament. The British King spoke at a time when Canada's new Prime Minister Mark Carney is navigating a challenging relationship with President Donald Trump. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
