In a major victory for President Trump, the Senate passed his massive budget bill after Vice President Vance broke a tie. The bill now moves back to the House. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports. President Trump toured a migrant detention camp in Florida dubbed ‘Alligator Alcatraz.' The Trump administration believes it can be a blueprint to speed up deportations. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. Jurors in Sean ‘Diddy' Combs' federal criminal trial sent a note to the judge indicating they had reached a unanimous decision on four counts, but that they remained split on the most serious count, racketeering conspiracy. The judge told the jury to resume their deliberations, and to try to reach a consensus on the final count. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports. The thunderstorms and flooding rolling through the I-95 corridor are creating travel woes during one of the summer's busiest travel weeks. Airports in D.C., Maryland and the New York area are experiencing numerous cancellations and delays. NBC News' Tom Costello reports. Two Chinese nationals were arrested in a D.E.A. sting for selling the raw materials that are used to make fentanyl. Agents lured them to Fiji, where they were arrested and extradited to the United States. They were later convicted on money laundering and drug charges. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports. Jimmy Swaggart, one of the biggest televangelists of the 1980s, has died in Louisiana. He was one of the first preachers to build a major TV audience but faced scandals that caused the church to defrock him. NBC News' Anne Thompson has the story. Jennie Harney-Fleming was singing during a performance in New York City when her three-year-old, Olivia, shouted from the audience. Harney-Fleming picked up Olivia and finished the show. The moment was caught on camera and has received more than two million views on Instagram. NBC News' Emilie Ikeda reports.
