Law enforcement officials are urgently searching for a suspected killer who shot four people at a bar on Friday. Authorities say the suspect is armed and incredibly dangerous. Residents in the area are on high alert. NBC News' Morgan Chesky reports. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports on the increase in tick bites this summer. Fordham's Louis Calder Center Director Thomas Daniels tells NBC News the number of ticks they've seen this year is at least thirty percent higher than in previous years. After President Trump fired the commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, he called a recent jobs report "rigged". A former commissioner of BLS told NBC News' Garrett Haake it's not possible for the commissioner to rig data. In New Jersey over the weekend, there was a scary collision between a boat and a 20-foot Minke whale. The boat nearly capsized and a passenger was thrown overboard. Sea Tow responded to the scene and reported that the animal was deceased. The Marine Mammal Stranding Center received the whale for further examination. NBC News' Sam Brock has the story. More than 50 Texas Democratic lawmakers headed to New York, Chicago and Boston to stall a Republican push to redraw congressional districts in their favor. Now, Republicans are issuing civil arrest warrants for those Democrats to try to force them to return to Texas. NBC News' Ryan Chandler reports. Hamas released a video of 24-year-old Evyatar David, an Israeli hostage, appearing to look frail. Another hostage video was released by Palestinian Islamic Jihad showing 22-year-old Israeli hostage Rom Braslavski also looking emaciated.
