In California, police are charging several gang members they say are responsible for nearly 100 residential burglaries across Los Angeles. Authorities say the suspects range in age from 20 to 47 years old. The suspects use sophisticated technology to target high-end neighborhoods. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports. President Trump said he's weighing sending the National Guard to Chicago to crackdown on crime, after deploying troops to Washington, DC. Democratic officials in Chicago said it's not needed. It comes in response to an executive order recently signed by President Trump, ending an exemption that had allowed goods under $800 to come into the U.S. without extra charges. NBC News' Brian Cheung reports. Mount Rushmore has been untouched for nearly 80 years, but there is now an effort by some supporters of President Trump to add his face to the monument. But experts say there isn't enough space to add a face, and any new carving could cause serious damage. NBC News' Ryan Nobles reports.
