In Massachusetts, authorities have confirmed one more person died after a massive fire at an assisted living facility. Newly released body camera footage reveals the police and firefighters rescued dozens of residents. NBC News' Sam Brock has the story. Parts of Louisiana and Mississippi are bracing for heavy rainfall in the region. Some areas could get hit with more than 10 inches of rain through Saturday.
