After nearly two months of testimony, Karen Read's retrial for the murder of her boyfriend John O'Keefe is in its final days. The defense has now rested its case, without Read taking the stand. NBC News' Emilie Ikeda reports. A 7-year-old boy was caught on video crying for his undocumented father, who was arrested by ICE agents. In L.A., ICE said they arrested a number of undocumented immigrants with criminal records, including murder. NBC News' Gabe Gutierrez reports. Elon Musk said some of his posts against President Trump "went too far." It comes after a nasty feud erupted in public between the world's most powerful man and the world's richest. NBC News' Peter Alexander reports. Protestors opposed to ICE's immigration enforcement operations are holding demonstrations across the country. In L.A., there is a curfew for a second night in the downtown area in an effort to quell violence and looting. NBC News' Liz Kreutz reports. A jury found Harvey Weinstein guilty on one sexual assault charge and not guilty on another. The jury remains split on a third charge. NBC News spoke exclusively with Kaja Sokola, one of three accusers who testified during the trial. NBC News' Chloe Melas reports.
