The mayor's office in Louisville, Ky. says about a dozen calls for help came into 911 as flash flooding had cars submerged on the roads. Video shows backyards underwater and the drainage system in some areas overwhelmed. NBC News' Bill Karins reports. In Sacramento, a medical helicopter crashed on a highway and left three people critically injured. Officials say nearby motorists rushed in to help one woman who was pinned under the aircraft.
