Off. Philbert Toddy investigates a knife fight at a known drug house; a routine traffic stop turns into a major drug bust; the police respond to a report of a woman being run over by a truck and attacked with an ax.

Gangs, Guns and Guts
A fight between rival Navajo street gangs leaves one man nearly beaten to death; a jogger finds a bag filled with human organs; cops track a group of backcountry shooters armed with a paramilitary-style arsenal.
