MSG, NY is a television newscast that airs on MSG Network. It airs nightly at about 10 or 10:30 p.m. Eastern time, with the exact time dependent on sports events schedules. Jason Horowitz, Deb Placey, and Tina Cervasio serve as hosts. Originally, this program was called SportsDesk and was a sportscast similar to ESPN's SportsCenter. In 2006, the show was retooled and now primarily covers both sports and entertainment events that occur atMadison Square Garden. Past anchors of SportsDesk include Al Trautwig, Greg Gumbel, Marv Albert, Jonathan Coachman, and Bill Daughtry. SportsDesk was also seen on the North American Sports Network throughout Europe.
