Группа диверсантов совершает дерзкое нападение на «Незабудку», но, как выясняют Батя с Багирой, это всего лишь отвлекающий маневр. Подлинная цель террористов — подвести как можно ближе к Санкт-Петербургу атомный дрон «Бибер» и взорвать его в акватории Финского залива. «Нерпам» предстоит их остановить…
