Models: Street to Catwalk - Season 2

Season 2

Episodes

Episode 1
The world of modelling is changing, and Manchester is where it's at. The northern fashion houses of Boohoo, PrettyLittleThing and Missguided have taken over the fashion world and are redefining what it means to be a model. Gone are the pretty boys, the super skinny girls and the demands to be over six feet tall. This series follows one of Manchester's leading agencies, Nemesis, on the search to find a new generation of models.
Jordaine, a self-described 'short, big-bummed black girl' impresses the Nemesis talent team in her first meeting. But what happens when 18-year-old Kyra arrives at Nemesis assessment day? She's shy, a size 18, and she's got a skin condition - not exactly modelling material. But in the new world of fashion, Kyra is hot property, and Nemesis know it.

Episode 2
When Nemesis's most exciting new prospect, Juan, is slashed across the face in a savage knife attack, will he still be able to succeed as a model? Jordaine secures her first modelling gig, and it could be life changing. But there is little interest in Kyra - is the fashion world ready for a plus-size model with vitiligo? Meanwhile, Hal's past catches up with him. His next photo shoot could be for a police mug shot.

Episode 3
It's Hal's day in court, and if he's found guilty, he might never model again. Prettylittlething has booked Kyra to be the face of their latest campaign, but at the end of the shoot she receives some shocking news. Jordaine secures a casting for a top London agency, but can she cope when taken out of her comfort zone? Juan is thinking about going under the knife to improve his looks.

Episode 4
How will Kyra cope after a train malfunction makes her two hours late for a crucial modelling assignment? Just when Juan thought his modelling career was back on track after the trauma of being attacked, the police ask him to return to the scene of the crime. Can Hal finally leave street fighting behind him and concentrate on his modelling career?
