Michel wants his trainees to understand the importance of serving people at life's special occasions. They travel to to a top-notch brasserie in the affluent Cheshire countryside.

Episode 4
Now nearly halfway through their training, Michel Roux takes his group into the world of five-star hotel service on a busy bank holiday weekend.

Episode 5
To test his trainees, Michel sets up their very own pop-up restaurant in the exclusive surroundings of the Kensington Roof Gardens in London's West End.

Episode 6
With the trainees nearing the final straight, Michel wants his seven proteges to take over lunch service at two Michelin-starred restaurant Laserre for some special customers.

Episode 7
With decision time looming, Michel places his trainees under the spotlight like never before with a bespoke private dining challenge. What's more, this time Michel will be cooking.

Episode 8
The trainees face their final challenge: to take over service at Michel Roux's own Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Gavroche. Afterwards, Michel must make his final decision.
