Halil cannot leave Menekşe alone at the hospital; so he delays his plan to surrender. Menekşe comes face to face with her father and Mustafa and when they try to hassle her she resists saying she is there for his brother. Mustafa makes a scene as he does not want her to fix matters with her family but Hasan cannot stop her from going through with the tests that might result in saving Kadir.
As a result of detailed examinations made so that Menekşe can donate her kidney, it is also revealed that Menekşe is a virgin. Nene makes sure that that the men hostile to Menekşe see the report. Hasan can no longer accuse Menekşe of having a sexual relationship with Halil and Kadir is surprised that his friend Mustafa has not consummated the marriage despite having provided evidence that he had!
When Mithat cannot reach Halil he decides to get rid of him. He sends his goons to kill him at the hospital but Zeynep has also decided to go to the police to investigate her father's death and ends up leading the police to the hospital. While Menekşe is being taken into surgery, Halil is captured.
