The White Water Rush

Matilda and the Ramsay bunch meet one of Britain's most successful Olympians, kayak gold medallist Joe Clarke. Tilly and the bunch meet Joe at the London 2012 white water Olympic centre. This is home to one of the scariest and most demanding white-water courses in the world. Joe gets straight down to it showing the bunch just what it takes to be an Olympic champion and throws them all in at the deep end... literally! In a hair-raising kayak race full of thrills, spills and major wipeouts, Tilly and Jack battle it out to see who's the fastest Ramsay on the rapids. To repay Joe for his amazing white-water training, Tilly borrows the kitchen of a barge harboured on the nearby river Lea, and cooks him a super healthy lunch fit for a champion.
