The Blues' hopes of successfully defending their Premier League title have been jeopardised by a poor start to the season, and Jose Mourinho's men cannot afford to drop more points against the Potters. Manchester United host a West Bromwich Albion side who are chasing a third consecutive win at Old Trafford, while West Ham boss Slaven Bilic faces one of his former sides as the Hammers take on Everton. Elsewhere, Bournemouth meet Newcastle, Leicester host Watford, Norwich take on Swansea and Sunderland face Southampton.
