MOTD Live: UEFA Euro 2024 - Turkiye v Georgia

Coverage of the Group F match from BVB Stadion Dortmund, as Georgia make their first ever appearance at a major finals. The Crusaders beat 2004 champions Greece in a play-off final to qualify for this event, winning 4-2 on penalties after a tense game ended goalless. Turkiye are playing in their third consecutive finals after finishing top of their qualifying group, ahead of the likes of Croatia and Wales, and they'll be looking to make it out of the group stage for the first time since they reached the semi-finals in 2008. Their record in the last two Euro finals has been disappointing, winning only one game out of a possible six, and scoring only three goals in that time. They finished bottom in their group at Euro 2020, and were embarrassingly ranked 24th out of 24 of the qualifying nations, but will fancy their chances of progressing from a relatively open-looking group. Mark Chapman presents, with commentary by Guy Mowbray and Jermaine Jenas.
