MOTD Live: UEFA Euro 2024 - Scotland v Switzerland

Gabby Logan presents coverage of the Group A match from Cologne Stadium. Steve Clarke's side have high hopes of reaching the knockout stages for the first time in their history, having performed impressively in their qualifying group. They beat Spain 2-0 at home, as well as winning 2-1 away in Norway, to help them on their way to reaching the finals for the second successive occasion. They'll be hoping that some of their more experienced players, such as John McGinn, Andy Robertson and Scott McTominay, will have a guiding influence on a young and improving squad, but their opponents also have some vastly experienced stars in their ranks, including captain Granit Xhaka and vice-captain Xherdan Shaqiri, who both have well over 100 caps to their names. Switzerland will be looking to cause some more upsets in this tournament as well, having knocked out France in the last 16 three years, when Mario Gavranovic scored a late equaliser to take the game to extra-time, before they won 5-4 on penalties. With commentary by Steve Bower and James McFadden.
