Mark McKinney travels to the Canadian shores of Lake Erie to learn about birding and birdwatching; he embarks on a journey to the Long Point Nature Preserve, tags and releases birds at a Birds Canada outpost.

Historical Re-Enactment
Mark McKinney joins his hobbyist host, Aurora, and travels to Ontario's Kawarthas to spend two days living as a 14th century knight. With pavilions and tents pitched in the middle of a field, Mark will dress, eat, live, and sleep in a wholly medieval world – where he will also help with cooking, try his hand at archery, learn longsword techniques, take in a duel between two knights, and, ultimately, perform a bespoke "medieval stand up comedy set" as his offering to the May Queen who presides over the weekend events. The Great Australian Bake Off
The Great Australian Bake Off features ten or twelve passionate home bakers competing in a grueling elimination series, crafting a mouth-watering selection of cakes, pies, tarts, pastries, bread, biscuits, and desserts, all in the hope of being crowned Australia's Best Home Baker.
In each episode, contestants are challenged with a signature bake, a technical bake, and a showstopper, with judges critiquing their creations and ultimately selecting a "Star Baker" and eliminating one contestant each week. The show tests their baking skills, creativity, and prowess under pressure.
