Jack "Madman" Buckner is an old-school newspaper editor: he speaks his mind, makes lots of enemies and doesn't sweat the little details. His young boss, however, has some different ideas of how a newspaper should be run and has no intention of putting up with what she sees as Jack's outdated attitude. Worse yet, she's Jack's daughter. They'll have to iron out their professional and family issues if they're going to meet their deadlines.
