In the premiere episode, David and Page will meet a husband and wife who are at odds with the state of their current home. She is frustrated with the lack of storage and functional space for their growing family of four, while he thinks their sentimental starter home has the potential to be their forever home. David will search through listings for a spacious home with ample storage and proximity to their beloved neighborhood. Page will plan to deliver an open kitchen, larger bedrooms and smart storage solutions.

Level It Out
A couple's home resembles a carnival fun house with multiple levels across the main floor, creating unused spaces; he sees the property's potential, but David shows some homes which make her think they should transition to a more functional place.

From Childhood to Change
A woman has been in her home since she was a baby, but her partner doesn't hold the same sentimental values and wants to be near the city; she thinks he'll choose to stay with the right updates, but David has some homes that could lure her away.

Home Sweet Overcrowded Home
The parents of two daughters are feeling overcrowded now that his mother is living in their multi-use basement; he believes that they need to find a larger home, but she thinks there can be enough space for all five of them with the right updates.

No Room to Expand
A couple who recently purchased a Tudor-style home plans to expand but are shut down by a conservation board; she's on the hunt for a place their family can grow into, but he has faith that Page can work her magic to make their home perfect.
