Ryan and Ashley purchased their home when Ashley was a few months pregnant. Though it was in a desirable neighborhood, it was the worst house on the block and they were able to get it for a great price. The house, of course, needed a ton of renovations, which they were unable to complete by the due date. Ryan is feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work and thinks it is just time to go, however Ashley feels strongly that with a little more work this can be their forever home.
