A 10-year case of buyers' remorse has a couple at a turning point. He can't imagine living anywhere else and is counting on Jillian to revamp the kitchen and basement. She is tired of the odd layout, lack of space and long work commute, so Todd is challenged to find a lower-maintenance, appropriate-sized home closer to town.

High school sweethearts accepted a generous offer on home they bought from family three years ago, but now they're not so sure it's a fit. While she loves the yard and pool, she hopes Jillian can help make the inside more functional for their family.
