In Wiltshire, Tim and Sonia couldn't decide whether to sell or renovate the home in which Tim had been raised. Tim was ready to move on to a fresh start but Sonia thought with a little work they could start their new chapter without having to move. Over in Warwickshire, Kirstie and Phil met Gill and John, who couldn't decide whether to make their inherited two-bedroom home their own or to sell up and find somewhere else.
