Kano Akihito, a reserved man who moved from the technical department to sales, struggles to fit in and feels isolated at work. His relationship with his talented colleague Ogami Seiji becomes strained due to an incident, leaving him torn between admiration and inferiority. One night, Akihito discovers a mysterious mirror at a shrine and he wished that "I want to become someone who can laugh together with Ogami as an equal." The mirror transports him to a parallel world where he's more confident and accepted. In this new reality, even Ogami looks at him differently. As Akihito experiences this ideal version of his life, he begins to confront his true emotions and learns what truly matters in the real world. This is a heartfelt story about self-discovery and love between two people trying to reconnect.
