This episode includes the tale of spaniel Figgy who fell over 300 feet down a cliff and survived; the owner who resorted to desperate measures to bring back her beloved French bulldog Daisy who was missing for eight weeks; and Jazz, the working cocker spaniel, who disappeared from a farm in Wales and turned up over 50 miles away in an ambulance.

Clare gets the latest advice on the best places to get a dog, in particular older dogs. JB Gill follows the heartbreaking tale of a Hungarian vizsla who went missing for 11 days and required emergency surgery after being trapped in a dense hedge. Chloe Fuller meets Lulu, a Bichon Frise who was found as a stray, struggling to walk, and blind and deaf, but now she is happily in her forever home with a retiree. Rav Wilding reveals the latest way of protecting your dog: by storing their DNA profile.
Episode 3
Clare learns some clever tricks for enticing a lost dog home - from using a pungent fishy potion to the contents of the vacuum cleaner. Border terrier Terry was stolen from his owner's car. Reporter Storm Huntley meets his owner and hears how she used social media, TV appearances and local press to spread his image far and wide and make him too hot to handle. DJ Scott Mills learns about the best foods to feed a hungry dog after they've been missing, and why it's important to keep them healthy.

Clare shares advice for keeping your dog safe. Jennifer Reoch meets Cockapoo Paddy who bolted from his dog walker near a live military firing range sparking a frantic search. Using thermal telescopes, Paddy was brought home within days. Dougie Vipond meets tiny Bella, a Jack Russell terrier who transformed her owner's life. Dog behaviourist Steve Hutley offers tips for keeping your dog more secure when out walking. Top veterinary scientist Dr Augusto Coppi explains why dogs have such a powerful sense of smell. And Scott Mills reveals how to capture the perfect photo of your dog.

Following three series of the Merman-produced, BAFTA award-winning series Motherland, a brand-new spin-off, Amandaland, is coming to the BBC, focused on Amanda.
Post her divorce, Amanda has had to downsize and up sticks to South Harlesden, or as the Estate Agent calls it SoHa (definitely not the area around Wormwood Scrubs prison).
