Losing It with Jillian was a spinoff of The Biggest Loser with Jillian Michaels traveling to individual families around the country in order to help that family lose weight. Jillian also counseled each family and got to the root of the problem that started the weight gain. Jillian moved in with the families for only one week and helped train and counsel them; returning six weeks after to see the progress the families made.
