Hardly managing two kids under 2, Loren and Alex discover that another baby is on the way. As they contemplate their future, the couple entertain the idea of moving to Israel, but breaking the news to Loren's parents will prove to be difficult.

Birthday Bashed
Alex attempts to get Shai involved in sports while Loren fumbles at trying to get him into modeling. Loren and Alex throw a birthday bash for Shai, but things aren't all fun and games when Marlene decides to carry on about the potential Israel move.

Pins and Needles
Overwhelmed from planning for a family vacation to Israel, Loren decides to visit an acupuncturist for stress relief. Meanwhile, Alex is challenged to take the boys out for a day of fun, but he finds out that juggling the two of them isn't so easy.

A Big Surprise
A family picnic in Israel gets dramatic when Loren and Alexei's plan to move to Israel is mentioned. As the couple enjoys a day at the beach with old friends, Bryan and Marlene continue to voice their disapproval of the move to Alexei's parents.

I Know Her Better
As the family trip in Israel continues, Bryan and Marlene grow increasingly frustrated with Loren and Alexei's constant talk of moving, leading Bryan to confront Alexei about potential legal ramifications if they decide to go through with it.

Shut Up
Bryan and Marlene join Loren and Alexei on a trip to a Kibbutz as the family tries to put their differences behind them. A fiery blowout erupts between mother and daughter after a tension-filled family day.

The Last Supper
Bryan and Marlene decide to skip out on a farewell meal with Alexei's parents, which further drives a wedge between them. As Loren continues to process the heated argument with her mom, she feels that moving to Israel might be best for everyone.

From Bad to Worse
As the rift with her family continues, Loren tries her best to manage tasks without any help from them. When her parents and sister all refuse to babysit, however, Loren wonders if their broken bonds will ever be put back together.

To take her mind off of family tension, Alexei brings Loren and the boys to a local waterpark for a fun-filled day. Later, he surprises her with a birthday dinner, but unexpected news about her upcoming baby shower nearly ruins it.

Last Second Surprise
Loren takes Asher to his first modeling photoshoot while Bryan gives Marlene and Rebecca an ultimatum about the family tension. Loren enjoys her friends' company at her baby shower, but a surprise guest appearance leaves her shocked and speechless.

Birth Special!
A surprise diagnosis from Dr. Santos worries Loren as she and Alexei try to throw Asher's first birthday party; as the due date grows closer, Loren starts to develop contractions too soon, causing panic that they might have another NICU baby.
