In this episode, Amelie and her guests - Haley Caddes & Jaci Marie Smith - will discuss how to be a supportive partner while your significant other is going through a mental health crisis. Along the same lines, how can your partner assist you if you're struggling with your own mental health? Through a deep dive into all things mental health, this episode will normalize the conversation around therapy and give lessons for dating when you're feeling anxious or depressed.
