The programme also looks at the story of Vanda James, who is hoping to put an end to a secret that has haunted her family for over 50 years. As a child, Vanda remembers a new-born baby who was taken away at a few days old. Vanda discovered that the baby was her brother, but her mother died before she could pluck up the courage to talk about it. She is determined to find her brother, but what she finds turns out to be bigger than she could possibly have imagined.
