Larry and Theresa continue celebrating their 25th wedding Anniversary. They decide to take a walk down memory lane and visit the oil company where they first met. At the office Theresa ends up reading the woman who holds the job SHE had 25 years ago.

Inspired by old scrapbooks uncovered by her Dad, Theresa goes to a genealogist to learn more about her family history, and receives some shocking news. And, Theresa gives a message from spirit to a devastated family that helps them to heal.

Theresa Caputo used to be in a folk group? While assisting with a fundraiser for a childhood friend, Theresa's old band gets back together and performs for the first time in 30 years! And Theresa reconnects a man with his mother, who died tragically.

Theresa was going to be a beautician if Spirit hadn't entered her life. So after a trip to the barbershop with Larry, she decides to enroll in beauty school to test out her skills. Later, Theresa connects a woman with her son.

Theresa and Larry visit the restaurant where they ate every day while they were dating, but spirit interrupts their lunch. Later, Theresa helps a woman let go of the anger she has surrounding her brother's death.

Last year Theresa did a reading for a group of female inmates. After reuniting with a young woman who she met during her visit to jail, Theresa decides to return to the facility to do another reading. But this time shes reading a group of maile inmates.

Theresa and Larry head to the roller rink to relive the 1980s, when she realizes they have never been roller skating together. Later, Theresa connects a devastated woman with her husband. And Theresa surprises a woman in Long Island with a reading.

With Larry Jr officially moved out, a heartsick Theresa decides to ease her pain by giving his old bedroom a makeover. How will LJ reacts when he returns home for the first time? Later, Theresa surprises a pregnant woman with a reading.
