Ten actors and comedians take on the challenge of the craziest comedy competition: LOL: Last One Laughing. They're giving a new meaning to offensive humor! For the first time in five seasons, a player draws a powerful joker card in the first few minutes of play, which threatens to make the show's famous rule of no laughing for six hours impossible to follow.

But between Muriel Robin sharing her version of a guestbook supposedly signed by contestants from previous seasons and Camille Chamoux's nature-themed joker card surrounded by the Acorn Brothers, the ones on thin ice in season five aren't always who you'd think.

A highly contagious madness that takes Muriel Robin through a disturbing physical transformation and puts the duo Camille Chamoux and Vincent Dedienne into a high-flying improv duel, which could well lead more than one contestant to crash.
