Phil is with James and Lesley, who is living with ME, or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which has affected their search. Lesley's condition impacts what they need in a property and also how often they've been able to go out to viewings, so Phil shows them various options that suit their future-proofing requirements.

In east London, can Kirstie hit the right note with musicians Molly and Sam, who need a place to grow into? And Phil tackles Barrie and Tash's very small search area and very big wish list.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer catch up with past house-hunters Sammi and Tom from Leeds and Tim from Oxford to see where they are now. Sammi and Tom's plan of house, marriage, children was stuck at the first hurdle due to rising house prices but with Phil's help the pair found a two-bed terrace that suited them perfectly. In 2016, Kirstie helped Tim search for an oasis of his own but even his budget of £250,000 wasn't enough to tick all of his boxes.
