Kirstie Allsopp's with childhood sweethearts Andy and Jenny who work in Warrington and currently rent nearby. They are desperate to buy their first home and start a family, but their differing approach to house hunting has meant only one near miss in six months of searching. Meanwhile Phil Spencer's with successful businesswoman Margot in Liverpool. She wants a forever home for one in the sought after seaside town of Crosby. Intent on downsizing, Margot sold her family home two years ago, moved into a rented flat and put everything in storage. Since then she's viewed 30 properties, but nothing has met her very exacting requirements. It's Phil's job to find the perfect home to end her lengthy search.
